These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via the online store of 100Percentshit, based in Switzerland. By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
These terms apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop. A consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes not related to commercial or self-employed activity.

By presenting products in our shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract. You may place items in the cart and edit them before submitting your order. By clicking the final order button, you accept the offer, and a legally binding contract is formed. A confirmation email will be sent after submission.
The contract language is English. We store the contract data and send it to you via email, along with these Terms & Conditions. We do not operate customer accounts or logins.
All orders are shipped from Switzerland with tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect delivery information.

All payments must be completed before production or shipping.
All items are made to order unless marked as ready-made. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted unless the item is damaged due to our error.
It is your responsibility to provide correct order information (sizing, color, address, etc.). Ready-made items are final sale unless we are responsible for a defect.
If a product is defective due to our error, you may be entitled to a remedy under Swiss warranty rights. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and your order number.
We are not liable for damage caused by shipping, misuse, or wear and tear.
Products remain the property of 100Percentshit until full payment is received.
We are fully liable for damages caused by intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. For other damages, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage in case of breach of essential obligations. Further claims are excluded.
All contractual relationships are governed by Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
