100Percentshit is not liable for misplaced or stolen packages. If the shipping address provided at checkout matches the one we shipped to, and the tracking status shows as “delivered,” we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Such packages are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns, except in cases where the product arrives damaged and the damage is proven to be our fault—not the fault of the shipping provider.
All pieces are custom made to order, which means returns for size, fit, or change of mind are not accepted.
